Our pals over at Beyond the Brick are hosting a contest that pretty much every AFOL wants to win, a trip to Billund to see the LEGO house, and attend Skærbæk Fan Weekend! They want you to get creative and reimagine a LEGO set, big or small, and post pictures to the official Flickr group. Watch the video and read all about it here, then get building!

Beyond The Brick Kickstarter

It was great to see our pals at Beyond the Brick at BrickCon. They even took time out of their busy schedule covering the event to serve as judges for the Bricks of Character display. Nobody covers an event in such detail as these guys, and now they want to reach beyond our borders for coverage in the UK and you can help. Check out their Kickstarter campaign and help them get to Brick Birmingham. They've got some very cool rewards, including some brick sketches by Chris McVeigh and a custom MOC by Tyler Clites.

BrickCon is one of, if not the best LEGO conventions on the planet. I've only been to a few different cons, but out of those it is by far my favorite and I look forward to going every year (fingers crossed I'll get there this year). Our pals over at Beyond the Brick would like to make it to this year's con and have launched a Kickstarter campaign to get there and make an exclusive video of the event. They've got some cool rewards and some nifty stretch goals. Head over and help them out.

Beyond The Brick's BrickWorld DVD Kickstarter

My good buddies at Beyond The Brick have a Kickstarter going to produce an exclusive DVD of Brickworld Chicago 2015. Not only can you help these guys produce a pretty sweet DVD, there's some really cool awards and stretch goals. Check out the video and help these guys out!

Beyond The Brick Gets A Trailer!

Just over a year ago BrickNerd Studios completed work doing a load of animation (a lot of which is in this trailer!) for Beyond The Brick, a LEGO Brickumentary. I'm happy to see it's finally coming out soon. Check out the trailer!

It's Like A Show Within A Show (Showception?)

Last night I was the guest on the YouTube channel Beyond The Brick. I had a great time hanging out with Joshua Hanlon and Matthew Kay and pretending not to be sick, pretty sure my ruse was completely undetectable. Just for fun I did their show from the set of my show (yes, I have an odd sense of fun). Thanks for having me on guys.

Intrepid LEGO reporters Joshua Hanlon and Matthew Kay have been "Ochresized", immortalized in brick. Very few non-infamous or celebrities have enjoyed this honor. While the caricatures are exceptional, I have to admit my favorite little bit of this is the distressed Mr. Sandwich.
