When are the bad guys from Star Wars ever going to figure out that the giant "doomsday weapon" approach never works? While it might not be so good for sustained intimidation, they do make for pretty awesome play sets, as demonstrated by this excellent MOC by Forgotten Days. There's multiple levels and chambers to recreate the action from The Force Awakens, including a giant Snoke hologram. Everything you need for hours of play, that is until the good guys blow it up...again.
The new Mos Eisley set from LEGO is ok, but just ok. I actually doubt I'll pick it up since it's just not very exciting. This diorama from I Scream Clone however, is beyond awesome. This is how it should be done. What child (or man-child) wouldn't want to play with this? You can recreate that entire scene with all the detailed play space in this.
