What happens when Broadway’s biggest show gets made from LEGO bricks? We traveled to NYC to build the new sets with the cast of Wicked, hear their tales from Oz, and share in their love for the stage and LEGO.
Read MoreI've often wondered how much of the wizarding world lives in distant fantasy, and how much was real. Not that I believe in magic (maybe), but I know there had to be people trying to turn lead to gold, humans are just like that. Enchantments may not have really done anything, but I like to believe they were attempted in places like this wonderful interior by Cesbrick. And if you don't believe in magic, please explain how those hammers are used for the fireplace.
I love to see builders break out of their normal genres. This wizard from traditionally castle guy floodllama is lovely. The character himself is great, but what really sells this MOC is the use of 1x2 trans plates to great effect, especially above the hand. I can't imagine how fragile that is, but it's amazing.
KA-BOOM!
And here I was just trying to enjoy a nice, evening dinner with guests when that old wizard decided to cook something up that wasn't on the menu. Ah well, at least the explosion livened up the dinner conversation a bit.
Excellent work here by Digger1221. I always appreciate a good fireball with corresponding smoke trail. The rest of the build has some great details and wonderful contrast between the Wizard's lab in the basement and the dinning room on the main floor.
This is a wonderfully whimsical wee wizard by Lego-Man-at-arms. There's a lot going on here clever part use wise, but let's talk about the most obvious feature...best use of croissants ever!

Monet painted his garden many times, exploring changes in color and time of day. Meredith Najewicz follows his lead, rebuilding the LEGO Art Water Lilies set with a darker palette and some creative part substitutions to cast the lilies in a different light.
