LEGO Contest Round-Up for January 2021

[Our current monthly LEGO contest round-up can be found here.]

Are you ready to get building and maybe win a prize? Find some inspiration and motivation in these LEGO contests from all around the AFOL community! There’s nothing quite like a theme or a seed part to take you out of your comfort zone and give you inspiration to something new to try. Plus, contests are the perfect place to interact with other contestants and judges and get to know your fellow builders. And if you’re like me, a deadline is all I need to make sure I actually finish that WIP!

We’ve listed them in order of deadline. Our Nerdly Strikes Back contest is obviously our favorite and we were tempted to list that first, but deadlines are deadlines! Here at BrickNerd, some of our fondest memories, greatest building achievements, coolest trophies, and best friendships came from LEGO contests, so we really hope you try some of these out. We look forward to seeing what you build!

A four-round contest, where builders are challenged to use a seed part in as many creative ways as they can! If you’re thinking about entering this one though, watch out… you may have a Brick Nerd contributor or two right behind you!

Deadline for Round 1: January 15th

Prize: Advance to the prestigious Iron Builder and battle one of the four reigning champions!
