Builder 2 Much Caffeine imagines a city powered by steam, buzzing with electricity and fueled by fun. This was a build for Brick2014 in the UK, and features motorized functions and a multitude of lighting effects, including a lava lamp! I don't know that I'd want to live in this town, but you can bet I would visit.
