Being a fan of highly detailed facades, especially most from the Oriental part of the world, I must say that the more you look at this one the more you will find. Builder Hoang Dang—known in the LEGO community as Know Your Pieces—has practically created a “Where’s Waldo” of spectacular nice-part-usage (NPU) out of 10,000 pieces.
Read MoreThis is an interesting MOC by builder p e d. We're all familiar with treasure maps, but this one is more like my imagination sees them. In stunning relief the details leap off the page and become a vivid underwater scene featuring a ship wreck, seabed teeming with life and a treasure hunter. I don't know what riches remain to be found in this ship, but I think this MOC is a treasure in itself.
This is one of those MOCs that you almost skip over the thumbnail because it simply does not look like it's built out of LEGO. In fact I almost did, then I noticed the background looked studded. I don't know what those parts are, but out-of-the box thinking and some serious building chops by torgugick turned them into a beautiful and compelling relief portrait.
One of my favorite movies of all time and one of my favorite posters of all time build out of my favorite toy of all time, that's a trifecta of awesome! Builder Lucifer Adams brings us this brilliant poster MOC built in wonderful relief. There's many things to love about this, but my favorite has got to be the lettering and mini ghost in the title, genius.
