Ursula

August 18, 2018/ Tommy

My wife loves The Little Mermaid, in fact it’s one of her all time favorite movies. She also loves Disney villains (and really, who doesn’t) and Ursula is one of the greatest of all time. So as soon as I spotted this marvelous version of the sea witch by retinence I knew she was going to be on the blog.

Penguin

June 26, 2016/ Tommy

Gotham's notorious crime lord Oswald Cobblepot, AKA Penguin, has been plaguing Batman's efforts to rid the city of crime since his first appearance in 1941. This version by Tim Lydy looks the business, and captures his slimy, infamous persona perfectly. Another in his series of brilliant Forms of Gotham collection.

It's Good To Be Bad

July 13, 2014/ Tommy

Disney villains are my wife's favorite, and Maleficent is one of the best. This simple but super effective figure by legorobo:waka captures her essence perfectly. The horns are particularly effective, with clever use of the mini machine guns to get the compound angles.
