Dear Spencer,

I am writing to follow up on our conversation yesterday about my insurance claim for the property at 349 Broadway. City services has finally succeeded in shutting off all services and cleanup is continuing. Everyone is accounted for and I'm happy to let you know Mrs Thumperpants' cat Piranha has been found safe and sound. 

I am however very concerned by your apparent disbelief in my descriptions of the events of the 27th of March. I can assure you everything that was described occurred exactly as it happened. I have enclosed a photo if you are still feeling skeptical.
