I always find it interesting when I learn of the genesis of a MOC. For instance this excellent creation by Miro78 started with the creation of Luxo, Pixar’s lamp mascot, and evolved from there. The Wall-E figures were already built, but are right at home in this. In fact, I would argue they were built just for it, Miro just didn’t know it at the time.
Character design and animation at Pixar is pretty amazing. If you saw a sketch of Eve from Wall-E before you saw the movie, you would scarcely suspect she was capable of the range of emotions required for the film, but she was.
