The full description of this marvelous mech by builder acgshow(G.S) is Heavy Melee Armor "cupping". I'm guessing there's something lost in translation here, because this guy doesn't look like he needs the Micheal Phelps treatment. He'd just take one step and be at the other side of the pool...then smash you.
