LEGO Contest Round-Up for April 2026
/April is here and spring is in full swing – and so is the contest calendar! There’s plenty on offer in our latest lineup of LEGO contests and challenges from across the AFOL community. April 2026 has a bit of everything to offer – and there’s nothing quite like a theme or a prompt to nudge you out of your comfort zone and push you to experiment building in ways you might not otherwise attempt.
We’ve listed them in order of deadline so you can plan your building time wisely—especially in a month that always seems to fly by. Be sure to check the LEGO activity calendar for local challenges and events near you. Some of our fondest memories, proudest builds, coolest trophies, and strongest friendships started with a contest entry, so we hope you’ll jump in and give one (or two) a try.
Head outside and relive childhood memories of adventures in the great outdoors! Capture a trip down memory lane in a LEGO model that could become a future Gift with Purchase LEGO set!

How madly creative can you get with 101 bricks? RogueOlypmics is back to test your building skills, endurance, and imagination… coming soon!
Deadline: Begins March 7th with 8 rounds that last 7 days each.
Prizes: First prize - 21376 Orange Cat. Second prize - 72151 Eevee. Third prize - 31175 Unicorn Castle. With prizes for the remaining seven best-scoring candidates.

Participate in Series 11 of the BrickLink Designer Program to have the chance to get your build produced and sold as a BrickLink exclusive set. The Series 11 palette is live and you can start designing!

The latest Guilds of Historica challenge is all about technique: Build round towers from square bricks, and educate your fellow builds while doing so with WIPs and updates as you go. There’s also a second story-focused challenge!
Deadline: WIPs before May 1st, final entries July 1st
Prizes: The tower challenge offers 11373 Sauron’s Helmet and 71829 Lloyd’s Green Forest Dragon as prizes, the story-focused one might net you a 40478 Mini Disney Castle.

Create a brick-built Pokémon trading card in this unique collaboration between LEGO Ideas and Pokémon! Choose one from 30 different Pokémon and create a Full Art Pokémon card and with a bit of luck have it turned into an official LEGO set!

The AdoraBuild, the ultimate LEGO celebration of all things cute and cuddly, is back! BrickNerd is challenging you to build your most charming, heartwarming, and adorable creations. We’re looking for builds that make us smile and go “Aww!” at first sight.
You can build in three categories: 1. Cuddly Characters, 2. Small Scale, and 3. Sweet Scenes. Enter them all and you can win the title of Master AdoraBuilder!

To celebrate RebelLUG’s 10 year anniversary RebelLUG is hosting a LEGO Star Wars contest for the ages, celebrating The Clone Wars!

The 13th annual Brickworld Film Festival is but a month away – and it’ll be the biggest festival to date!
Accepting international entries, Brickworld Film Festival is looking for films between 30 seconds and 5 minutes and 30 seconds long, of any theme.

Prizes: $1,600 USD in prizes plus trophies across eight different awards
