LEGO Contest Round-Up for August 2026
/August is here, and with it a new month offering new exciting reasons to have fun building! There’s plenty on offer in our latest lineup of LEGO contests and challenges from across the AFOL community. Dive right in and get inspired!
We’ve listed them in order of deadline so you can plan your building time wisely—especially in a month that always seems to fly by. Be sure to check the LEGO activity calendar for local challenges and events near you. Some of our fondest memories, proudest builds, coolest trophies, and strongest friendships started with a contest entry, so we hope you’ll jump in and give one (or two) a try.
The summer is a perfect time for a relaxing beach getaway, maybe with a side of hiking, volcanoes, and surfing! There's only one difference, these islands are floating – and strictly digital builds!

Paradisa: Summer Vibes
Ready for retro? Packed for Paradisa? Time to build some vacation with some creations full of LEGO Paradisa vibes!

Bio-Cup, the prime LEGO Constraction contest, is back, and this year, the format is changing. No eliminations, all that matters are your top three entries across four rounds, free for anyone to enter.

Sticks and Bricks
Always fancied making a LEGO stop motion film? Bricks in Motion is hosting their annual brickfilm contest – go make a movie! This time you are asked to combine bricks with real life elements – sounds intriguing!
