I knew raccoons are attracted to shiny things, dogs bury bones and squirrels hide nuts, but who knew sharks were into treasure? If this MOC by LEGO 7 is any indication they seem to be a bit preoccupied by the doubloons, if you know what I mean. Makes you wonder about all those shipwrecks though doesn't it, hmmmm...
My issue of the new magazine Bricks Culture just arrived, all the way from the UK! In it, there's a great piece by David Alexander Smith about the connection between LEGO building and photography. Starting back in the 70s with the iconic box art, all the way to today's high resolution online digital images, the two art forms are inexorably linked.
