When asked to build his ideal christmas tree, builder Swan Dutchman decided he wanted one with character, and whipped up this yuletide conifer. I think my ideal christmas tree would automatically put itself up and have light strands that don't ever go out. And lots of Star Wars and LEGO ornaments (oh, my tree already has those).
Yes, LEGO built pinewood derby cars are a thing. And yes, the fact that it's called "pinewood" and built from bricks is a little funny. Last night I ate a gingerbread cookie with my wife in the great room at Disney's Grand Californian while listening to the pianist playing holiday classics. Then we watched holiday fireworks and it snowed on Main Street. It's fair to say I'm now squarely in a Christmas mood. Jon Hall is back with another brilliant aircraft. This time it's a dual prop fighter that packs a wallop, just look at the size of the cannon on the front of this thing! The color combinations, cockpit configuration, custom stickers and overall design make this a really appealing craft. Well, as long as you're not on the receiving end of that firepower.

RoboCop is an all-time favorite movie of mine, so this playset by Grantmasters instantly had my attention. Of course the movie is a hard "R", so an official set like this is never going to happen, but it sure would be awesome. Check out the video to see the play features, and to see if Bobby can fly. By the way, a RoboCop Nerdly would be perfect for Nerdvember, just sayin'.
Between the nicely done SNOT/tile walls and superb trees, this is a seriously parts heavy diorama by builder Ecclesiastes. There's loads of details everywhere you look. And I can totally relate to the need to use this splendid retreat. I'd like to have a place I could venture off to so I could decompress. I think I'll go to Disneyland tomorrow, it's the closest thing I have.
Your carrot munchin' days are numbered thanks to the carrot mech by powerpig! Chris says in the description that he can't explain it, but it's purpose is clear, vengeance! For too long carrots have suffered at the self-absorbed, nibbling maws of bunnies and that ends now!
As sad as it is, there are still humans so bad, so awful, so unforgivable that the only choice is to eliminate them. And for many this is the final destination, a terribly uncomfortable chair with the sole purpose of ending human life. Yes, after 10 years the monthly challenges are going on vacation, so it seems fitting that Mad physicist has built the ultimate vacation vehicle, the Griswold's station wagon. About the only thing more insane than a voluntary cross-country family vacation is the notion of putting fake wood on the side of cars.

And while it's pretty nifty here, you need click through to see it in high resolution to really appreciate all the SHIPs. Confession time, I haven't watched The Walking Dead. So the context of this image is lost on me, I don't know who Sophia is or what's going on. What I do know is this diorama by builder speedyhead79 is loaded with detail and clever part use. My favorite is the stretcher holder (or dewback bridle) as fencing, perfect.
Donald has long lived in Mickey's shadow. You remember during the Mickey Mouse Club song when Donald would start to lose it and scream "Donald Duck"? He's sort of tired of it. Well back then all he had was his voice and his unbridled duck rage. Well no longer thanks to Baron Julius von Brunk, check out the Duck Tank. Now I don't expect he'll target Mickey, he knows what side his bread is buttered on, but Annette and Cubby better watch their backs.
I don't know how this wonderful little music box by TheBrickNinja is motorized, or if it's playing the music we hear in the video. What I do know is it's a really creative use of the seed part for the ABS Challenge as well as the shuriken sprue. All wrapped up in a charming little knicknack that would look great in any house.

Now everyone knows that me and Ochre Jelly are buds, but I can assure you even if Iain and I weren't friends, I would still be a solid fan, he's one of my favorite builders. And I'm a huge Stranger Things fan, so automatically this one had my attention. And everyone loves Barb, mostly because we've all been in her shoes. Let's face it there's a little Barb in all of us. This is one of those MOCs that makes you go "wait..what?" Sure at first glance it's just a classic popcorn box, loaded with yummy popcorn and just waiting for consumption during a movie. Then you notice that all those kernels are Friends puppies, and suddenly it's not so appetizing. What's next Dwalin Forkbeard, Red Vines made out of snakes?
