Instructions to Build a Mini LEGO AT-AT

The long-awaited LEGO UCS AT-AT is finally within a reach of becoming a reality for many collectors and builders. (Shameless plug: if you buy one using this link, you can help BrickNerd provide more awesome prizes for building contests!) It is an astounding accomplishment and quite frankly, I didn’t think LEGO would ever make a set of one this big considering how heavy and unstable they can be.

I have seen several proper minifigure scale versions of All Terrain Armored Transports from amazing MOCers like Jhaelon Edwards and Brickplumber, and I even started amassing parts to build one myself. It’s a fan-favorite Star Wars vehicle from what most consider the best Star Wars film Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back. Plus we finally get a General Maximilian Veers minifig!

So in my excitement for the announcement of this UCS Star Wars set, I thought it would be fun to build a tiny version that fits in the palm of your hand (and does not break the bank). It consists of only 52 pieces (much less than the 6,700-piece version!) which means that you can build several of them for a tiny scaled Hoth diorama. You can also pose it in many different ways!

Full instructions are below and via Rebrickable.
